uninspired.

Have been feeling extremely uninspired and bored lately... Do you ever feel that way? Nothing seems to catch my eye any more. Nothing worthwhile, anyway. Everything is kind of the same. No risks. Everything is vintage, everything is a homage back to the 60s or 80s, everything is just a recreation of something that was good once upon a time for one reason- that specific fashion and trend defined its decade. What does it say about our generation when we're relying so heavily on the past?

I'm not saying that vintage and 60's/80's inspired looks shouldn't be appreciated. I love it all! But I just wish that the excitement and spark of fashion and creation would come back.

Good thing couture season started today in Paris. Can't wait to see what's up.
